Dayton shallow well jet pumps are designed for wells with suction lifts of 25 feet or less. A shallow well ejector (purchase separately) is for suction lifts of 25 feet or less and can be with drilled (cased) wells, driven well points, and cisterns or lakes. With a deep well ejector installed (purchase separately), the convertible jet pump can be on wells up to 140 feet deep (depending on ejector package).
